Katrina Chalifoux of Rockford, Illinois won the “2008 Cheap Chic Weddings' Toilet Paper Wedding Dress” Competition. There were 564 entries in this ultimate cheap wedding dress competition. Katrina spent 2 weeks making this gorgeous sheath dress with a raised flower pattern from molded toilet paper. She took home a $1,000 gift card for her ultimate cheap wedding dress creation. (Katrina's niece wears the dress in the photo.)
I wonder if she could create a wedding dress with real material and how much it would cost. Interesting!
